Replace the filter & foam filter once every 2 weeks. If you have multiple pets, we recommend changing the filter more frequently.
The filters are super important because pets are messy drinkers. Filters eliminate contaminants, and keep out fur, saliva, and other debris that can make their water gross.

Depends on how many pets you have. If you have 1 cat, you may only need to replace the water once a week. If you have multiple pets, you may need to replace the water 2-3 times a week.
It’s recommended to fill the fountain up to the max water level line on the inner wall of the water tank.
For your pet’s well-being, we recommend cleaning the water tank, stainless steel tray, and pump once a week, along with replacing the water for maximum freshness.
Only the stainless steel tray is dishwasher safe.
1. Make sure the water level is above the minimum water level line, but not above the max water level line.
2. Ensure that the wireless pump is installed in the correct position.
3. Check if the water inlet and outlet of the pump are blocked by hair or other debris.
Yes, if the water level is too low, the pump will automatically turn off to prevent it from overheating.

You can tell my cats in love lmao! He honestly drinks so much more than he did with his old bowl!
They love drinking running water, so I knew this would be a hit.
I ordered this water fountain, as i noticed one of my cats refusing to drink from the standard water bowl, yet loving to drink from larger bowls. The set up was easy, i washed all parts with warm soapy water and rinsed out well, adding filtered water half-way full. Since it was just out of the box, i plugged the charger into the wall to test it out, before moving to the cat eating station later on. Both cats were fascinated by the running water and immediately drank from it. I am one happy cat mama! This is a great size water fountain, with the small filter included to clean out any impurities as the water moves through the system. This is a great way to ensure cats have fresh water all day long, and even if you choose to be out of the house for a while, the container holds enough water for at least a week. Highly recommend, no noise, no light, just gently water trickle.
It’s been great. The cordless battery life is impressive, and I love the motion sensor (it only kicks on when the cats are nearby) which is a huge plus for efficiency. It’s a solid, aesthetic upgrade from the average plastic bubblers for cats.
My one cat, particularly, was attempting to drink out of the faucet; always licking the nozzle when the water was off. My friend told me about this fountain and was swearing by it that its not your regular pet fountain, so I looked this one up online as my 1st choice and hoped, by purchasing, it would solve the issue.
