Return Policy

RETURNS:
At Whiskertons, we really want to make sure you're 100% satisfied. All returns will be honored up to 60 days from when you received the product.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM(S):
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) due to our error, we will gladly replace your item(s) at no additional cost or provide you with a full refund.
Please contact us immediately and specify the damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) by providing picture / video evidence of the product and packaging along with your order number.
REFUNDS:
If you request a refund within 60 days of delivery, the refund will be granted and credited back to the account it was originally charged to within 3-5 business days.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
We take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously. Due to hygienic reasons, returns that do not meet the above conditions will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
EXCHANGES:
If you are unsatisfied with your product, we will be happy to exchange it for something else within 60 days of delivery. Your original item will need to be returned before we are able to send your new item. However, please contact us before doing so.
SHIPPING:
You must contact us prior to sending your item(s) back, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from.
Additionally, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

GIFTS:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
