Subscription Policy

Whiskertons offers recurring subscriptions on a range of products so your cat never runs out of the essentials. The products available on subscription and their prices are listed on our website. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms.


1. How It Works

Subscriptions renew automatically at your chosen frequency (monthly, every 2 months, quarterly, etc.) until you cancel. Your first order is placed immediately; subsequent orders are charged and shipped on the same date each cycle.


2. Billing

You authorize Whiskertons to charge your payment method at each renewal without additional approval. The price shown at checkout applies to each renewal, plus any applicable taxes and shipping.

Notifications: We will send you a pre-billing email reminder 48 hours before your renewal charge is processed to give you time to adjust or cancel if needed.


3. Cancellation

Cancel any time, at least 24 hours before your next billing date, to avoid being charged.

Portal (Recommended): Use the link in your subscription confirmation email to access your portal and cancel instantly.

Email: Contact us at support@whiskertons.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription." Allow up to 24 hours for processing.

Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund orders already placed or shipped.


4. Refunds

Before shipment: Email us immediately and we'll do our best to cancel and refund your order.

After shipment: Our standard Return Policy applies.


5. Payment Failures

If a charge fails, we'll retry automatically. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription will be placed on hold or canceled.


6. Changes to Terms or Pricing

We'll notify you by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of your subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
