Replace the filter & foam filter once every 2 weeks. If you have multiple pets, we recommend changing the filter more frequently.

Why is it important to use the filters?

The filters are super important because pets are messy drinkers. Filters eliminate contaminants, and keep out fur, saliva, and other debris that can make their water gross.

How often do I need to replace the water?

Depends on how many pets you have. If you have 1 cat, you may only need to replace the water once a week. If you have multiple pets, you may need to replace the water 2-3 times a week.

Where do I fill the fountain up to?

It’s recommended to fill the fountain up to the max water level line on the inner wall of the water tank.

How often should I clean this cat fountain?

For your pet’s well-being, we recommend cleaning the water tank, stainless steel tray, and pump once a week, along with replacing the water for maximum freshness.

Can I use a dishwasher to clean the fountain?

Only the stainless steel tray is dishwasher safe.

What should I do if the fountain is turned on, but it's not dispensing water?

1. Make sure the water level is above the minimum water level line, but not above the max water level line.

2. Ensure that the wireless pump is installed in the correct position.

3. Check if the water inlet and outlet of the pump are blocked by hair or other debris.

Does the fountain turn off automatically?

Yes, if the water level is too low, the pump will automatically turn off to prevent it from overheating.
